It is no longer possible to submit your abstract for an oral/poster and / or demo presentation.
The deadline for abstract submission was 13 January 2026. Notification of outcome evaluation abstracts will be mid-February 2026.
Important notice
In case the number of abstract submissions exceeds the available conference facilities, the track committees will select abstracts based on relevance to NWO ICT.OPEN parallel tracks, originality, potential significance and clarity.
Registration
Please note that submission of an abstract DOES NOT imply registration for the conference, you need to register separately. After your abstract has been accepted, you will receive a personal registration link to make your payment and confirm your attendance. If your abstract is rejected, you may register via regular registration when it's possible to register.
