Cancellation policy
We have limited capacity at our venue. If you are unable to attend the conference in person, please cancel as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else. To make changes or cancel your reservation, contact Congress by Design at ict.open@congressbydesign.com.
- Cancellation before 13 March 2026: full refund.
- Cancellation after 13 March 2026: no refund.
- No-shows: no refund and a fine of € 100 extra will be charged on top of the conference fee to cover the costs of your reservation. This fine will also be charged if you are present during NWO ICT.OPEN but you cancel your reserved room after 13 March 2026.
Childcare
NWO no longer offers childcare during conferences.
