Track description

This session invites researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to share their insights, experiences, and innovations in bridging the gap between AI research and its practical applications across various domains. The open call welcomes submissions in the form of presentations, demos, and posters, focusing on application areas such as industry, healthcare, agriculture, logistics, public services, and energy transition. Contributors are encouraged to highlight real-world challenges, success stories, or even lessons learned from failures in transferring AI research to impactful solutions. Submissions from startups, SMEs, universities of applied sciences, and public sector organizations are particularly valued for providing a diverse perspective on the practical implementation of AI.

Example topics include, but are not limited to, integrating AI into industrial workflows for predictive maintenance, deploying AI for personalized healthcare solutions, optimizing supply chain management with AI-driven analytics, or addressing societal challenges like sustainability and urban mobility through AI innovations. Selected presentations will offer a platform to share detailed findings with an expert audience, while poster submissions will provide opportunities for in-depth discussions during the exhibition.
